Slug catcher die

This is the ideal solution for slug pulling problem. Constrict taper on the cutting positon of dies which slugs would be squeezed past pressure point.

Depositron treatment

Electrical discharge the comented carbide to cutting position of a die. Slug is constricted pass the depositron treated part.

Round dies, Ø2.5 - Ø4.5 is treated the depositron as standard.

We recommend our standard spec. dies for aluminum or if clearance is less than 0.1 mm.
